Tempus Computers (“Tempus”), a leading supplier of occupational health systems to the NHS, Local Authorities, Corporate’s, and Independent Providers of Occupational Health Services, today announced a definitive agreement under which Tempus will acquire the Healthcare Manager and the OHSSYS products from Quantum Computing Investments Limited (“Quantum”). Quantum provides an online product suite for the management and administration of resources, information and wellness programmes targeting the health and wellbeing of people in the workplace.

Healthcare Manager has been designed to support the strategic goals of organisations that deliver and need to manage, workplace health and wellbeing programmes such as: Occupational Health, Health Screening, Wellness Initiatives, Absence Management, and Stress Management. Healthcare Manager draws on over a decade of experience in healthcare informatics and in particular the experiences of its OHSSYS customers in occupational health. Healthcare Manager is an online product suite for the management and administration of workplace health and wellbeing information, deployed either on a “Software-as-a-Service” platform or on-premise.
